- Extended stays may be limited to 4 months per calendar year.
- Extended stays over 2 weeks require an application and signed stay agreement. This includes the reason for extended stay, a photo of your camper or RV, and references.
- Exceptions & Limitations may be imposed on a per case basis, subject to approval or disapproval.
- No long term stays for anyone on the sexual predator list.
- Limit of 1 dog and 1 cat per campsite
- Long term stays must provide proof of vaccinations
- No loose animals of ANY kind on RV Park property
- NO vicious animals
- ALL animal refuse is to be picked up and disposed of properly
- Limit of 1 vehicle per site. Without prior approval.
- Speed limit in park is 5 mph. Drive on roads only.
- Park in designated spaces only - this includes guests.
- No additional trailers or boats allowed.
- Exceptions are possible at owner discretion.
- Absolutely no junk vehicles or vehicles in disrepair.
-Check in time is 2pm to 8pm. Check out is by noon. All guests will receive a copy of these RV Park rules upon registration. License Agreement must be signed upon check in and a copy of a valid drivers license or ID given.
-Minimum 2 night stay on weekends.
-Any method of stay must be kept in a neat, tidy, orderly and safe fashion. Absolutely no storage of any kind under or around said method of stay or site. While we do offer monthly stays we expect to keep the look of a traditional "campground", not a trashy trailer park. We expect all guests to make and keep our place just as beautiful as you would if it were your own. Exceptions may be made on a case basis if it is tasteful and holds true to class.
-Only campers year 2000 and newer (or by special permission, on a case by case basis) allowed on premises.
-Fire allowed only in designated fire rings, to be used by paying camp customers only. No private fire rings, no fires at campsites, no bonfires.
-Tent Camping by pond is limited to two nights.
-NO Swimming in fishing pond. Do not allow children to play near pond without adult supervision.
-Personal checks accepted only with deposit and prepayment that has cleared the bank.
-Heat campers with propane during cooler months. No electric heaters allowed.
-WIFI is available for personal use only on park property.
-Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 7 am on Friday and Saturday.
-Recommend NOAA Weather Radio and application into online Code Red program.
-Security cameras in use throughout the property.
-No Personal mail delivery at the property. Long term stay must rent a post office box.
The following will NOT be tolerated and will be subject to immediate removal of the property either voluntary or by the Franklin County Sheriff. This is for the good of the Park, the city and the neighbors.
Absolutely NO,
- Domestic violence
- Fighting with other tenants
- Destruction of private property
- Destruction of RV park property
- Cursing or vulgar expressions where others can hear
- Parking in a manner in which you damage property or block traffic
- Theft at nearby businesses
- Littering about the property
- Possession of or distribution of ANY illegal drugs or paraphernalia
- Swimming in pond
- Electric space heaters
- Discarding of waste in an unsafe manner
- Fireworks on premises
- Campers, RV's or tents in disrepair, a danger to the occupants and or neighbors
Future Rules, when Bath House/Laundry House is complete:
- Clean up after yourself.
- No washing dishes in bathhouse or laundry room.
- No smoking in bathhouse or laundry room.
- No feminine hygiene products in toilets.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1-2 night stay: $50 per night cancellation fee if given less than 2 week notice; no notice = no refund
Weekly stay: $140 cancellation fee if given less than 2 week notice; no notice = no refund
Bi-Weekly stay: $250 cancellation fee if given less than 2 week notice; no notice = no refund
30 day or more stay: $325 cancellation fee if given less than 2 week notice; no notice = no refund
